My suggestion would be, go to the tv/radios stations, and, see if they have a consumer reporter, who gets the deals done! We have two in the Boston area that work magic..Bad publicity is something no company wants, but, you need to get what you had, back. Good luck.
You're right about that Trip. Anything is suppose to be filed in Florida. Although I would suggest she take it up with Consumer Services at the federal government level. They have dealt with cruiselines trying to rip of Canadians before, such as the fuel surcharge when they were forced to backtrack.
