"RCI" has really been dropping the ball on customer service but wanted to throw in another recent success in doing battle with them as a T/A. The representative took the extra effort to resolve my customer's issue rather that "just look into it." Felt good because like several of us on the boards representing the T/A perspective, it does get old having to fight an uphill battle with them most of the time.
Kudos for the agency in this case too for putting the customer first!
