Whilst we don't smoke & hardly know anyone that does, smoking in the UK being totally banned in any public building or in the vicinity therof...I do wonder what happens on a ship in bad weather when it is not allowed to go outside for safety reasons, after all smokers are addicts & have to indulge somewhere.
