We were a group of 8 and used LuxTransO. We paid $227 plus tip for the round trip with a van, which is around $17 per person one way. Here is their
MCO to Port Canaveral transportation page. They have free grocery stop, but we didn’t use it. Looks less hassle and cheaper than rental. The service quality was good. Shuttles are expensive for more than 3 passengers in goup.
