There is at least one "nude cruise" I hear of every year, often on a Carnival Ship. If everyone's nekked, I bet the chances of a hook-up are greatly increased.... and the prudes are in the minority, if not nonexistent. AS far as I know, the nudity is confined to the open decks. Naked people in the dining room would just be gross.
