We've had a couple of excellent 'quality' reports this past week, one that concentrated on a few of the passengers and the experences of the dance troupe, the other with the deputy mayor, who made his way to the bridge in search of anyone in command & only found a junior who was apparently doing a wonderful job of trying to control/organise things, but was having a losing battle.
They deputy mayor & doctor were helping passengers whereever they could, and the interview with the deputy mayor showed that he nearly slipped which could have easily seen him amongst the 'lost souls'.
Both programs were very subjective and so much better than the initial 'hype' stirred up by some of the press.
if you do get a screening of the second programme, I can whole heartedly reccomend watching it.
