Have never met them, but would fully support them for enforcing a document that a person has blatently lied on & put everyone else's cruise enjoyment 'at risk'.
On top of the cruise line giving them the cost of cleaning the ship, I would also like to see the cruise line give their details to anyone who picks up the bug, and tell them to go & sue them for compensation rather than the cruise line (or in the long term, us fare paying passengers) picking up the cost.
But then again I'd give the electric chair to anyone who drives on our roads untaxed, uninsured or parks illegally in disabled bays
