As someone who has been cruising Celebrity since the early 90s I have to agree with you. IMHO the dining on Celebrity is fine but not what it was in the early 90s. I would compare dining then to eating in the current Specialty restaurants. Imagine that you're regular dining in the MDR was like a specialty restaurant every night, it used to be...
