My Mom is pretty much following the path that people with dimentia usually do. We spent a bit of time with her yesterday, but not much because we could not keep her awake.
My son visits her three time a week and I have a couple of cousins who stop by regularly. That and several friends who also have parents in the same home. But she does not have enough memory to know who these people are.
On the other hand she is doing pretty good physically.
It's sad, but life is not allways fun and games.

I'm sorry to hear she is getting worst. It must be hard for you and your family. I'm glad to hear the family still visits. I feel some part of her knows you guys are there and how deeply you love her.
