There are actually many reasons why the idea does not have "legs" - the three separates classes is a relic of the past. The upper class had suites with many separate rooms - palaces by today's standards. And of course the classes were separate on Titanic, that doesn't fly on today's ships.
But seeing the look of the original ship in places would be interesting - the dining rooms and ballrooms, etc.
Other than that - just another ship.
Also he is building them in China and I am not sure how good the quality will be, most cruise ships are built in Europe (Italy, Germany or France).
