I'm sorry that my daughters & you never got a chance to meet, and also that your dining room experience was lacking. I was following your posts, and when I picked my oldest daughter up from the airport Monday night, I asked her about their service at their table. Obviously, it was the servers you had, as Jen stated her service was very good, as well as the food! She will be platinum on her next cruise in January, so she knows what to expect. And I agree...."Great Service Makes The Food Taste Better".
