Has anyone ever worked for Starboard Cruise Services ? (Retail Sales for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity or Azamara)
I heard that they only pay $500USD per month plus commission and you have to pay over $600 just for the pre-employment medical plus background checks and your flight there.
Does anyone know what the commission rate is like ? It seems like an awfully large sum of money to put out up front to only make a couple bucks an hour plus comission.
I used to work for Princess Cruises (Cruise Staff) and all I needed was a marine medical which cost $90 and a background check, they payed my flights there and back, hotels, and reimbursed me for my medical, plus I was making $2000/month.
