Aside from the promotions that Disney advertises on their website, there are no further discounts for the general public. An agent is not allowed to discount the prices any further.
An agent can, however, offer their clients an Onboard Credit to use on the ship. This comes out of the agents commission and so you will find the amount varies greatly from one agent to the next on how much of their commission they are willing to give away.
