We were just on the Pride of America last June and really enjoyed it. The staff was wonderful. We had read all of the negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. We did not eat in the dining room at all only specialty restaurants but the food was fine. We especially enjoyed the steak house. The staff in the children's program were wonderful. Our grandson could not wait to attend every evening and morning when we were free. Did not carry on wine so cannot help you there. Gratuities were automatically applied to your account.
