We are taking the Island Princess to the Panama Canal on their Christmas Cruise. Having cruised on Princes twice before ..one a 17 day cruise from Venice, I have not had any problems. I prefer a smaller ship than a big ship with 4,000 people on board. The Princess food has always been good on my cruises as have the crews. Sorry you had a bad cruise, but that can happen to anyone. If they skip a port for safety reasons it is ok by us as we love the days at sea the best.
