We are two adults, 67 and 70. Thirty years ago we took a cruise on Holland America. While there was nothing in particular that was wrong with the cruise, there was nothing about it that made us want to go on another one. We would rather have spent the money to go to one of the ports of call than to spend all that time on the ship.

Fast forward to last Christmas. Our daughter and her family, who are huge Disney fans, and DVC members, decided to go on their first Disney Cruise... November 4-8, to Bahamas. On the spur of the moment, we decided to book the cruise as well, and make it a surprise when we showed up on board. Our two grown sons joined in on the fun, and we were able to keep the secret until we set sail... Surprising my darter in the terminal at Port Canaveral.

We LOVED the cruise.... So much so that we have already booked an Alaska cruise August 12-19 2013.
We're hooked on Disney... Food, service, entertainment... Everything is top-notch!

JMHO, but it's Disney all the way for us.
