It can be the best price, but not necessarily the best deal. As others have stated, you could end up in a very undesirable location and you may not enjoy your cruise because of it. We cruise in guarantee cabins alot and it's a gamble; sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. But if price is an issue and you can go with the flow, it's definitely something to consider.
