When purchasing travel insurance, you really don't have any clue as to how they service you when you need them. In the past I have used CSA and have even had to file a claim, which did get paid. Although, it did take some time, and you must have all the paper work. If there is any health issues, you first have to use your regular health insurance and they should pick up what they didn't cover, again, you need all the paper work. You just need to do your homework and read the different policies, and purchase the one that is right for you.
