Back in the 80's when I started cruising Carnival had a service that I loved and it was free. Back in those days I was flying from Boston. We used to get off the ship, claim our luggage and take it out to the curb to a truck from the airline we used. They would check in our luggage right there and we never saw it again until we picked it up in Boston. Great service.
