Oh yes we did indeed complain, they called the stateroom several times and asked what they could do, when we suggested a couple of things they said they would get back to us, needless to say they never did anything. WE were finally contacted and told the complaint would be forwarded to the corporate office. as far as the casino, we tried three machines that malfunctioned on the first pull, we had to go looking for a person to come to the machine after waiting over 15 min. on each machine even though we hit the service button.
