Definitely not true!

You will always pay the government fees and taxes on all cruises, no exceptions.

In fact, the advertised price must include the NCF's (port fees, also called non-commissionable fees) but will normally not include the government taxes, which are quoted separately. Year ago the NCF's were not included in the advertised prices, but because of the huge outcry from consumers, a law was past that made it mandatory for the NCF's to be included in the advertised prices.

Plus, VTG prices are EXACTLY the same as what any good reputable agent will charge and often you can find better deals working with your agent than what VTG advertises.
