We have not done the anytime dinning on a Carnival Ship. Please share your experiences.
1. Does the wait staff do their entertainment?- yes
2. How are the lines for getting a table? - there are times when there are lines and times you will walk right in. If you go right after a show you will wait. Don't think we have ever waited more than 10 minutes.
3. Would you do that again? We have done anytime on our last three cruises and will again in two weeks
4. If a Family of 8 goes in, how long did you have to wait. -they try to fill a table at a time, so if they are in the middle of table A you might have to wait until it fills before they seat you at table B,

We have always done the early seating, just wanted to try something different.

Can you change to assigned times if you do not like the anytime?? - The official line is "no" May be because of the way tips are allocated. They might move if there is room but it seems early dining often books up

Thank you so much, we leave on the 27th and I may have made a mistake choosing the anytime dining.

Thanks again
