Our own famous Zydeco cruiser has lots of carnival menus online: Carnival Cruise Line Menus - Food* Pictures

“American TABLE” menu

The Carnival’s “American TABLE” menu will be offered in MDRs on casual nights, and will feature also “call ports” entrees with popular regional dishes varying each day according to the visited port. The ingredients will be sourced as usual – in the ships’ departure ports.
