Unfortunately trains to Paris from Cherbourg aren't very frequent, plus have a transfer time of between 3 and 4 hours depending on train type.
If you take a look at the website Rail Europe: train tickets and InterRail | Voyages-sncf you will be able to play with dates & times to see what I mean.
You can also see the train times from Paris (Note different station) to Bruges/Brugge (I am presuming that is what you meant). These are more frequent, but again you are looking at a more than a 4 hour transfer, so make sure you have plenty of time.

Are you planning on rejoining the ship in Bruges? If so, then please note it docks at Zeebrugge, so that is another train transfer from Brugge to Blankenberge (14 minutes)
(Official website of NMBS/SNCB - Home) followed by either the ship's shuttle bus or a taxi to the cruise terminal

Hope this is helpful,
