Default Can Two Adults Really Enjoy Disney w/o kids?

Hi, I love Disneyworld and have taken my kids and grandkids. Last year we had 11 of us at Disneyworld. I loved it; here is the question. If my wife and I were to go on Disney Cruise Line can experience the Disney culture without the Kids. Yes, I know Disney is for kids and families; but what about two adults? I know we can go on other cruise lines without kids; and we have done that. I really would like to try one of the Disney Ships; like the Wonder; which looks like a cruise line from the 1960's. So do you think my wife and I would have a good time and experience the Disney culture without all the hassles of kids? I know there is a separate deck for adults, and a separate pool. Thanks for any and all comments; positive or negative. Ps. This is not about wanting to cruise on a upscale line like Crystal or Regent; this question is about Disney and only Disney.
