Default No way pipeline. Court is blocking it so Senate vote is meaningless.

The pipeline is not going to be built because currently the court in one state is blocking it. This threat by Harry Reid to have a vote on the pipeline is to protect his endangered senators. The Republicans should abstain from voting on any pipeline questions and cite as a reason that until the court challenges are settled the votes are meaningless. The pipeline is tied up in the judicial system and it may take years to resolve.
