A good reputable agent is there when you need them. Guess you booked with the wrong agent.

But insuremytrip.com is not necessarily the best way to book travel insurance because, as I said, best price is not the best deal and big name is not necessarily the best policy.

And yes, I am bias. But then I've been doing this for a long time and I know which companies provide good customer service. Just looking at the best price does not mean you'll be getting the best customer service, which is the most important part of travel insurance.

But hey, if it works for you, then go for it. As I say, what one person loves another will hate.

The measure of a good good policy or company is based on how they perform when you need to file a claim.
