It is important to take into account when flying.
If you are flying during hurricane season a layover in specific airports within the hurricane belt can be a problem.




A critical issue to take into account are airports that have snow removal equipment often referred to a snow belt airports.
If your flying from Thanksgiving through the end of February, a layover in a snow belt airport can be a mistake.


If you consider de-icing of aircraft and delays caused by cancelled flights, a NON-STOP flight may prevent many hours of frustration.
