My husband and I are going to be sailing on the Conquest November 21, 2002. He likes to gamble. If we dont have cash and put this on the sail card there will be a 3% charge from what I understand. What about ATMs are they available and what is the charge for that.

This is our first cruise. Celebrating 10th anniversary, any help is appreciated.
