We sailed on the Noordam last Feb 14 nights in the carribean, boy what a trip, I enjoyed the ports but the ship left alot to be desired. Bad vibrations every where. We asked for and were assiged a table to two which was great except that the stable was right beside a very small support pole, and RIGHT beside us was a table for 4, we had wonderful people at the next table but it was really a table for SIX with a pole in the middle.
The food was good, and the service was alright but it's really not like any of the other HAL ships. I just returned from the Ryndam and that was excellent. Be careful when you are disembarking in Tampa, it a horrible long an painful process that takes several hours just to get started. We docked in Tampa at 5am but the didn't start disembarkation until after 9:30
