They're doing $6.50 now for service staff. They've just added the cabin stewards tips.
I really don't mind, as you can still remove the auto tip from your account, and tip traditionally.
My only objection is that the head waiter's gratuity is included. Normally, I would tip them based on services rendered. The wait staff always earn every penny, and normally get more, so I'd add on extra personally, if service is really good.
