I sent a letter to RSSC and within one hour I received this message. No wonder their ships run so well!!!

Thanks for the note.
Please take this email to your travel agent and ask that she call my
reservation's department. Advise the res. agent that I have approved that
you be upgraded at no additional cost. They might want a copy of this email
before they actually do it. Suggest that they speak with Pat Scheer, she is
the Director of Reservations.
We are not looking to penalize anyone. We are trying a new video email and
wanted to offer an incentive to those that responded to it.
I thank you for choosing Radisson Seven Seas and feel very confident that
you will have a great cruise. If you or your agent have any problem with the
upgrade, please contact me directly.
