The Navigator has a fitness center - though not a large one. RSSC lags a bit in this department. For example - they usually have treadmills and bikes - but no elliptical machines (actually they have something that THINKS it is elliptical in nature - but it's not.) The fitness staff (usually 1 person) hosts walks and things like that - but absolutely nothing to compare with the mega-ships.
