THey offer the shipshape dollars for doing certain exercises class and various things. If you read through the cruise compass every evening they will show what activities offer the shipshape dollars and how much, they are offereded at different times all day long, you can usually collect enough for things like free t-shirts, etc. If you are into exercise, you'll find it fairly easy to get quite a few, have fun on Explorer, its going to be a ball for both you and your wife.
