I was on line on the Navigator for 16 minutes and it cost me $8.00. I am not sure I would call that a small fee...

There are a lot of internet cafes at the ports on the Western route. I know there is one in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. I think I will take advantage of those on my next cruise rather than the RoyalCaribbean OnLine on board the ship.
