Lottie, if you really want a room at South Beach, that is not too far from the port. No, not every hotel offers a shuttle, but a taxi is not expensive, since the port is so close. If you are looking at the "closest", then do like us and Miss Em, bid a 3-star for $35.00 and you will probably get the Radisson or the Hyatt, which are like 1/2 mile from the port and very close to alot of nice places like Bayside.
