luvs2cruz, I like you little note better myself. That way you don't have to explain anything in front of anyone and with some language barriers it might get lost in translation. Great idea. We ALWAYS take all our tips off and tip the old fashion way, in cash. That way they get the money immediately and I have heard they really like this better.
