My wife and I have just booked a cruise on the Sun. We have never travelled on Seabourn and would appreciate some feedback. How formal is dress every night? How flexible are menus? ( I am not much for rich creamy sauces) Is the music and entertainment going to be enjoyable for two 50ish cruisers who are more into rock and roll than big band music?

I enjoyed Kuki's review of the Sun. Does anyone know about when it was posted? What kind of refurbishing was done before the review? Any info would be appreciated.
