Chef Moonen had a great cruise. He did cooking demos and Q&A sessions, featured his menus in the Restaurant and in the Veranda Cafe. He came out from the galley in the Restaurant and visited all the tables just like he does in his NY restaurant. He also led a group of guests on shopping excursions to the markets in Le Lavandou and in Palme de Mallorca, where they got super-fresh fish and seafood, which is Rick's specialty. These chef cruises are working great--watch for more of them in 2004.
