FYI: I have had Portugal eliminated from a trip at the last minute (with Morocco substituted by the tour company) and spent an entire day in Heathrow Airport (instead of at Hampton Court Palace as scheduled) because of an air controller's strike. And just last month, my brother and sister-in-law who boarded a cruise to Bermuda ended up in Canada because of weather concerns. These things happen. This summer, our Danube River cruise had a number of last minute changes and yes, there were some stops eliminated and minor disappointments, but on the whole, Viking provided a wonderful cruise experience.
