We were on the Sun at X-Mas with our 9 yr.old. We had been on this same itinerary when she was 5 with a different cruise line. In Roatan, a great shore exercusion is the Tabayana Beach. They have bathrooms, changing facilities, lunch included, chairs, umbrellas, etc. (Hint)Bring some sand toys from home. In Belize, we did one of the Ruins. They have a great shopping center and had music right off the pier. There also were flyers for a hotel within walking distance where you could just sit on the beach. It was very safe and very beautiful!
