We were in Grand Cayman on Sept. 11. Used Nativeways (Sharon and Eldon Ebanks). They were AWESOME! Cheapest rate going - $25. Didn't have to give a credit card number up front. The captain and first mate were excellent and made sure all 12 of us got to see and do everything. You'll see other boats of 50-100 people and you'll be glad you're on a smaller boat. Nativeways was superb - the best deal we found on our whole cruise!
