This has been an interesting post! I think it all depends on what you're looking for in a port.
If you like shopping and non-adventureous excursions, Belize isn't for you. However, if you are more active, Belize offers TONS.
For us, Freeport has been my least favorite. Although I didn't HATE it, just wouldn't pursue it as a must see again port. That being said, I have a cruise booked for Dec 2006 that takes me to where? Right! Freeport!
