Default Re: Do you purchase Cruise Insurance? - To Buy or

Terry - What good would it do for me to be at a funeral? The person is already dead. Funerals are for the living, not the dead. I have a very large family and one less person for a few days wouldn't make a difference.

If our children became seriously ill, we wouldn't go on the cruise, but would give it to someone else. We'd consider it a gamble, just like life.

Lost luggage - Good excuse to buy new clothes and toiletries.

Air travel delays - We always get to our embarkation port 1 day (at least) and usually, 2 days, ahead of time to avoid these problems as much as possible.

Hurricane season - Great opportunity to visit unexpected ports.

Part of being on vacation is 'going with the flow' - enjoying getting there and being there. It's all a matter of attitude. "Attitude is everything."
