I lost 30 pounds following the meal plan set up for me by the diabetes educators. I'd like to lose another 15 or so but seem to have lost the fire. I'm still following the general outline of the diet but have been cheating probably too much....telling myself it's been stressful times and I deserve it etc but need to get out of that mindset.
I also have to get serious about my walking again. Had been going 3 miles at least 4 or 5 evenings a week but that seems to be down to once or twice a week these days.
