I've been doing Weight Watchers since March. I've lost 23 lbs so far. I'm not writing down what I eat and keeping track of my points like I did in the beginning because I can now kinda judge how I am doing without writing anything down. But I notice that I'm not as careful as I once was about what I'm eating.
The reason I choose Weight Watchers is because nothing is off limits. You have to eat in moderation but you can have anything you would like. I don't do well with diets that tell me I can't have something. That makes me want it even more!
