Congrats to all those who hav elost weight! One thing I also do is drink water , water, water. I quit diet soda over 1 year ago and after a while I got used to it. I try now not to eat after 6pm.
AR I tend to agree with you on Atkins. I am a Atkins fans but I also think we need to watch out for fats. I know Atkins tought the entire world about bad carbs.I know I learned a lot! Key is exercise, portion controll and no snacking! I must say I love Ice Cream and miss it!
