Policies vary from ship to ship, but other than officers, there really is not supposed to be any fraternization of the crew with passengers. I think RCCL has the strictest rules, the crew are not to even take up any space in any public area on the ship unless he/she is working, that is unless he/she is an officer. If you have a complaint about an unwanted sexual advance from a crew member, I would take it up with the crew member's supervisor (if she works in the dining room, see the Maitre'D, if she works in housekeeping, call for the head housekeeper, etc).
