You should not worry about it at all, you'll see (hear/feel) less on a cruise ship as you would in the mall. You will see plenty of people who are plus sized and the skinny taut bodied people will be few and far between.
Have a good time and don't worry. Just don't save the deck chair and nobody will even notice you.
