If you choose to use Bonine, I strongly suggest trying it at home before you go. I tried it & it left me feeling drugged out for a day & half. I had one day on cruise were the seas made me queeezy so I took a half tablet of bonine. It helped but still felt the drug...It didn't affect my wife this way though.. Next time I'll do the patch.
